Home Services at The Home Depot

I had a defective flooring transition piece and took it in to Home Depot Okotoks location. I didn't think that I was going to get a refund for it because I was installing a floor for a neighbor who paid for the piece, and the neighbor wasn't with me at the time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Wow, now that is service and the reason that I keep buying everything at Home Depot Okotoks!!!!!

Today we went to the free workshop and build a rescue boat! Everything was provided and well organized!! The staff where super friendly and helpful ! It was such a fun morning! Thanks for being so awesome

I recommend Home Depot because they a no harm no foul attitude. Their parking lot doesn’t look like court. ! They couldn’t play night court with bull ! Tennis happens in court
