I’ve had a couple different ones, but yesterday I went to Kaleena who’s done my hair now a few times and she just read my mind, yet again and I walked out feeling like a new woman! Thank you for being so wonderful, all of you. It’s a treat to visit the salon. It’s so pretty inside, peaceful and friendly.“

“I've been going to Shellie for a few years now after a long 25+ year search to find my forever hair stylist, I finally found her! My hair is very dense, thick and curly. Only Shellie has been able to give me a proper cut in all my years of haircuts! I recently had a cut and color and wanted to praise a new Aveda product called Botanical Repair, bond building flash treatment that Shellie used. It is THE holy grail of hair products. My hair after 4 washes is still incredibly soft, silky, shiny and feels like I just left the salon today! It is a must try for anyone that wants salon feeling hair at home. “I was gifted a gift certificate from an incredibly special woman who is no longer with us. She told me to go see Fima he is amazing with hair he’s like a magician, he will know what colour will suit you best. He will make you feel beautiful again. And she was 100% correct about that, I showed Fima a picture of what I wanted and he made the cut look even better. He asked me what colour I wanted to dye my hair and I said I would leave it to him and he chose the perfect colours for me. I hadn’t done anything to my hair in such a long time and going to Identity was such an amazing and luxurious experience.
I have to say I loved and enjoyed listening to the way Fima and his staff interact and how they all laugh together. That’s a tell tale sign that everyone loves working there.
