“Had a fantastic experience getting my hair cut today. I had a soft spoken gentleman called Jay and I tell you, hes a wizard! The relaxation from having my hair washed prior to the actual cut was amazing, then dont get me started on the haircut! He asked what I wanted and boy did he deliver! “I was gifted a gift certificate from an incredibly special woman who is no longer with us. She told me to go see Fima he is amazing with hair he’s like a magician, he will know what colour will suit you best. He will make you feel beautiful again. And she was 100% correct about that, I showed Fima a picture of what I wanted and he made the cut look even better. He asked me what colour I wanted to dye my hair and I said I would leave it to him and he chose the perfect colours for me. I hadn’t done anything to my hair in such a long time and going to Identity was such an amazing and luxurious experience.
I have to say I loved and enjoyed listening to the way Fima and his staff interact and how they all laugh together. That’s a tell tale sign that everyone loves working there.
