“I would wholeheartedly struggle to find a single complaint for this nail salon. Full disclaimer, I was a bit apprehensive due to an experience at a completely unrelated nail salon but from the moment I arrived everyone made me feel so relaxed & welcome. Mimi removed a previous set of acrylics & gave me a new set with gel polish. I was asked at every stage if I was okay, if I was happy with the progress so far, if I needed anything etc. I was offered snacks, water and even my husband waiting on me, was offered. Mimi would also say what stage we were at in terms of my manicure and what was next, which as an autistic person, I found very helpful in knowing what to expect. Mimi is a fantastic multi-tasker & took some phone call appointments when doing my nails BUT at no point did it feel like she wasn’t 100% focused on my nails (I know, it sounds impossible, lol). Mimi was also very apologetic about having to take the calls, but as I’ve said, it didn’t take away from my experience at all so no need for apologies! Mimi paid extremely good attention to detail, and made sure the set was as perfect as they could be. I was also thanked for choosing to go here, more than once which honestly in itself is such a nice touch. I really felt appreciated and as if Mimi & the team care about their clients. The salon itself was extremely clean and smelled very fresh. I’m happy to have found a regular salon again!“

“I have been here twice in the last week and will continue to come back. The staff at Starlight are so friendly, efficient, kind, and accommodating. Today I accidentally booked at the wrong location and they still accommodated me and got me in as soon as they could. Hien did my nails, let me be as picky as I wanted with the design and colour of my nails with no problem at all! She built up my nails to be so strong and the prep she did was so thorough and precise. These photos speak for the work itself, but the way Hien made me feel today matters most. “I drive 1 5 hours to get my nails done here. Luckily I can visit fqmily too. The lady I used to have had left, today I asked for someone with lots of experience. I got Andy and he did a SUPERB job. I like my nails so that I can pick uo coins not too "blobby and thick". He listened well and I got justvwhat I wanted. I was very impressed with the itherbladies in there. “I recently had the pleasure of coming to Kaya Loma salon and spa for some treatments and a perm.

Theresa went over and above preparing for my perm. She even bought a mannequin to practice on! My perm is so soft and my hair never looked so good!!

Mia gave me a facial, pedicure and coloured my brows and lashes. My pedicure was wonderful. She's so attentive and precise. My face was glowing after my facial and I really liked the colour of my brows and lashes.

The salon/spa is super clean and welcoming with a warm ambiance.
