Absolutely incredible customer service! Thank you so much for helping a girl out today! I was on my way from Lethbridge to Calgary to catch a flight to Germany when my car started making loud angry noises. Joel from NAPA dropped everything when I called and tried to help me out as much as he could. Ultimately sending me to another mechanic in town who then figured the issue out.
