DrainTech, more specifically Donald and Kevin, were absolutely, hands down the greatest men I have had the actual, legit, pleasure of dealing with in such unfortunate circumstances. I truly was wondering how I was going to make it through the week. With 5 people living here, that's a lot of water usage you don't realize (laundry, dishes, hand washing, toilets, etc) until the moment it makes you. Compassionate, kind, informative, efficient, knowledgeable, diligent and super easy going. I will never phone any one else but them....but I hope to never have too ? Highly Recommended, very professional and reliable service we received. Flat rate charge is win win. No surprise bills no matter how hard is the job. Our sink got clogged due to excess amount of dishwashing soap, oil, rice, flour and etc. It overflow and wet our flor and basement. Through recommendation, we found this company and the following day they came and fixed it in more than an hour. Great experienced we had.
