Had an error light with our furnace and phoned for help: great receptionist and received fast service. Excellent experience, the technician was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and even went so far to help us understand the components of our furnace as it is our first home. We have used Design Air numerous times. In our last house when the system needed replacing and in our current house as we upgraded air conditioners and when both of our furnaces died in one winter! They were able to come out quickly and get new units installed, were professional and cleaned up after themselves and where needed laid protective covering over our flooring. Their front desk staff, is so nice and friendly and made it easy for us to select install dates and for payment options after.

Woke up to no hot air at 8:00 am, with forecasted low of -50 tonight. Called design air at 8:30. I was lucky they had my inducer in stock and were able to have repairs finished and invoice paid by 10:00 am.The gentleman that came was friendly, was fast, knew what the problem was immediately, and knew the stock on hand. I don't know whether he knew the stock of the top of his head, or they have an online inventory system he was able to check without calling anyone, either way it's amazing service. They are raising the bar for customer experience. I'm amazed. Great work to the design air team!
