“I had run into an issue at my building with a old cast iron drain pipe. I had called a few plumbers out to look at it and KB wasn't the cheapest (close) but they made my experience simple. Their techs were quick to arrive once I gave my approval. They had the job done in a few hours. They were diligent in testing the repair. Going so far as to request neighbors run the taps in the event the old pipes were somehow connected. (50's commercial space).
