This was a great massage for sport pains and injuries. She listened to my concerns and worked on the areas, helping loosen them up after weeks of discomfort from overuse and constant repetitive motions.
I am new to Waso recovering from an athletic injury. I was reluctant to do physio as I have always managed my own routines. Stephanie has been an exceptional physiotherapist! She skillfully incorporates dry needling and targeted exercises into her therapy sessions. I am seeing immediate relief. I booked an appointment for my 76 year old mom with James at Waso Physio because I know they spend more time with their clients. She was nervous to go as she had a lot of pain and worried she was going to be in a lot more pain. My mom felt so comfortable with James.
