Rick diagnosed and fixed a problem we have been having with a toilet for nearly a year. We already had a company come look at it several months ago and they charged us over $100 to spend a couple of minutes here, reaching in the toilet and scraping some calcium build up out saying that’s all it was. Rick was eager to accommodate us with next day service. He was friendly, professional and on time. He worked until he solved the problem and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I will use Rick again!
Didn't have any service done. Instead we had this company leave a old hot water tank behind my truck and the garbage from a new tank behind against our house.(Came immediately to fix this problem. Thank you for your attention to detail.)
My kitchen sink started backing up on a Friday evening. I called Rick in the morning the next day, and despite it being a weekend, a holiday, and that I lived outside of Lethbridge, he responded right away and was able to make his way out by the afternoon. Super nice and very knowledgeable! Not only did he fix the sink within 20 minutes, but he had it draining better than it ever has! He also gave me some good advice and education to keep it clean, which I always appreciate. Great service! I would absolutely recommend.
