Absolutely WOW'd by the service we received from Abigail and her team. It was really important for our family to go to a locally owned, small shop. We were treated with respect from the beginning and she spent hours and hours with us to design some new cabinetry and provide flooring for our home. We have used other companies in town before but not with this level of service - we cannot say enough positive things about them. As with any project, there were some delays, mistakes, and issues but they were all dealt with quickly with open communication and keeping our budget in mind. Thank you Abigail and team!

We were very worried when we saw the reviews here, we almost walked away. However, two friends of ours had had excellent experiences so we decided to move forward with them anyway and we are so incredibly happy that we did. We are a young family with two boys and no experience with renovations. We spent almost a whole year working with Abigail and Alex (we were not charged a single dime for this and it probably equalled 100 hours of time between the two of them) on designing our entire acreage. Paul did work for my family while I was growing up and my parents were always so happy. There were two of our houses here in Lethbridge, then they moved to an acreage out of town. When I got married a couple of years ago and my wife and I were looking to do some renovations, we knew we had to find them again. We met his daughter and she helped us out just as much as Paul had with my parents. She came to our house for free, measured everything, told us areas that were owrth spending on but also told us where we should save our money for down the road, I can't describe how much we appreciated that. We would definitely use them again in the future.
