Yesterday, I was unfortunately rear ended and to my surprise, there was no visible damage.
I immediately thought. “okay, there has to be some sort of damage that I can’t see. There’s no way I’m that lucky”

I called, explained my situation and Glenn told me to come an hour later.

I asked the cost of the inspection, and he said he would take a look on the hoist FREE of charge.
When I arrived he was very kind, and professional. After his inspection, he ensured me that there was no damage structurally, nor cosmetic.
He is a honest man, and took a huge weight off my shoulder’s.
Thankyou. So So much. I will be back.

I had an automotive emergency while visiting Lethbridge and GT Auto fixed it right away - very courteous, fast, reasonable and sensible repair. They also gave me guidance on what to tell the repair place at home that had messed up the work in the first place.

Glenn is the only mechanic I know who cares more about giving you honest feedback than just making money. If a repair is not worth it he will tell you, he will never push you to do extra repairs that you don't need, and always let's you know all of your options. GT Auto should always be the first place you call.
