Found this little shop on the internet and went in today to order flowers for my brothers funeral. The lady at the counter was so nice and provided excellent service. Plus the gifts they have are so adorable. I will definitely recommend this shop and plan on going back to purchase some of their items.
I've had the pleasure of experiencing superior service and spectacular flowers from Blooms Flowers and Gifts in Lethbridge since 2017 and will continue to do so for birthdays, Valentine's, Mother's Day. The staff are second to none, always friendly, helpful, professional and make me feel like a valued customer! Every bouquet has been amazing and lasts much longer than expected! This is my first review of them, but I should have done this years ago. A very satisfied customer here!

I had a great experience with Blooms Flowers and gifts. I ordered flowers online to be delivered to our son and his girlfriend (we live out of province) and had really great customer service. They could not get a hold of my son so they called me to let me know. They ended up personally delivering the flowers so they could get them quicker. I really appreciate the great communication and them going the extra mile to get the flowers delivered. The flowers were fresh and beautiful! Highly recommend!
