Great service from the beginning to the finished product installed.
The quote was very thorough. The installers were quick and friendly and cleaned everything up. They showed me how to use my new system and helped me set up the app on my phone. I love my new furnace! I used to have cold and hot spots in my house and just thought it was the age of the house and venting. But I don't anymore. Super happy!
Edit: The company apologized and sent us a full refund. I reached out to the owner to thank him and to ensure the employee would not be reprimanded as that was not the intention of my review. He assured me that the employee would not be reprimanded and that this would be a learning experience for their team. This company truly went above and beyond to rectify this situation. Huge respect to the owner for his honest and respectable business practices. We will definitely use Air tech again in the future!

Thank you to Ryan from Airtech who held the door for me at Starbucks! It was a reminder that over the years, we’ve dealt with Airtech for our heating and cooling needs, typically with Erin and Megan, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Seems like a great team over at Airtech!!
