We have had an air conditioner installed by Tony about a month ago. Very impressed with Tony and his workmanship. Carrie always kept us informed of when they would be coming out, really appreciated that. Since then, we have had Tony out to look at another issue with a leak in our plumbing and look at another project for us. Highly recommend them and are enjoying the new AC! Thank you Tony and Carrie!

Burroughs have saved the day multiple times at our house. From furnace problems, hot water tank issues, and help with our basement bathroom renovation, Burroughs have been very reliable with great plumbers and friendly office staff. Thank you to the team!

Great local company. They don't do emergency call outs but we were bumped to first on the list when we lost heat overnight. They are responsive via call or text. Fixed our problem with no issues. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I was expecting a hefty bill and it was about half of what I anticipated. The technicians were great. Wore boot covers in the house. Will be calling for any issue that is not an emergency.

Also requested a quote for a new furnace, as ours is becoming quite old. Will update review if they install it!
