Our experience with the Montrose team has been nothing short of amazing. As first time home buyers, we started this process with a million and one questions, concerns and desires, but could not have been in better hands to help us navigate through this process.

Anthony has spent hours dreaming about our house with us, helping us make design decisions and going back and fourth with us to make sure every detail is perfect. We have lived in our house for over a year now and while the beginning of our experience wasn’t the greatest the new team at Dreams have gone above and beyond for us and still continue to do so. Anthony and Brandy in the show home are amazing and Gary has gone way beyond the standard for us. While we know that building a home comes with challenges and fixes showing compassion and being nice to everyone involved still does go a long way.
