Had a cracked tee pipe under the sink and a leaky seal. Told them, they could replace it all, if had to be done. But to save on cost. He Just cut and replace tee, and then replace 1 seal. Added a drain clean out. Because home builders didn't install one. They also came and repaired it very fast and efficiently. Not even a hr. The Job was completed. Will be calling again, if in need of home plumbing repair. Highly recommend them.
Today I needed to get 4 toilets worked on at my duplex. One of Silvertips plumbers David came out to fix the the issues. He was so friendly and a joy to have over, it felt like I was catching up with an old buddy. Also, he got the job done with ease and had such a great attitude. Found a five AM leak this morning from an unknown water source. Left a message and they got back to me immediately. By noon I had a plumber at my house and she found the leak immediately and was able to replace the line. Crystal was friendly, efficient, capable and very helpful. I've used Silvertip once in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
