My file got moved there when my normal person shut down. thought I would give them a chance they did my personal and company taxes. did not file gst and after repeat emails sent trying to fix that and other problems and not getting responded back or told "looking into it"
Would not recommend or go back terrible service and lack of professionalism

AVOID!! And if you are with them, LEAVE! Liza lied to me on multiple occasion. She said she filed with the CRA, she didn't. I have had so many late notices with the CRA that we will most likely be getting audited. She did our PD7as wrong a few times and failed to get us our pay stubs. I have SO SO many emails of proof that she does not respond and blatantly lies when asked if she filed. It makes me so anxious even thinking about what else she messed up, and we haven't caught it yet.

Terrible! Do NOT use this firm unless you want your business accounts to be in shambles. Liza flat out lies about filing GST returns and about talking to my rep at CRA. For A YEAR she lied to me and CRA. I kept feeling sorry for her - her lies were very convincing. She did this to another realtor and that realtor’s client too! Now I have to file a class action suit and file a complaint with CGA Alberta which I DO NOT want to do but she has forced my hand. I have every single solitary email from her to back up what I’m saying. Sent a courier there this week - Turbo - to pick up my file and was told she “emailed it to me” so the courier had nothing to pick up. I...read full review
