However, there have been some issues with communication. One customer mentioned not being plowed out after informing the company in advance, which led to damage to their trailer and a delay in moving. Despite this, the staff, including Tristen and Nigel, are described as friendly, courteous, and efficient. The facilities are spacious and heated, and customers feel they get their money's worth with the company. It is recommended to plan visits during business hours to access lockers.
R. Wald and Sons has been a reliable place and safe place to store my Rv and personal belongings for a while now. I highly recommend using their facilities. Clean and secure as well as nice people to work with in finding the right space. Thanks Brian!
Garrett and Dave helped my Mom and Dad move from the farm house my Dad has lived in for over 80 years, and my Mom from her kitchen window could see her childhood farm. The house has steep narrow stairs and not a easy move for anyone. Not one rub on the walls or corners moving out and into their new place, with heavy old furniture. They were very kind, courteous, respectful, and professional to my Mom and Dad. We were so very pleased and grateful for the fabulous job Garrett and Dave did for us. Would highly recommend R Wald & Sons Moving & Storage. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
