I like how everything is explained to you from what's wrong to how to fix it. The prices are cheaper then the dealerships, what you are quoted is sometimes cheaper depending on the fix. Great shop!

If you're looking for a local mechanic to work on your vehicle, I cannot recommend Trinity Automotive enough. Doug and Monica are two of the kindest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was having a difficult time finding a mechanic that would work on my car when it started having issues. I called several other mechanics in the area and was told they don't work on VWs, fair enough, but when I was in a pinch, they squeezed me in close to closing time when I called, I think they could recognize the panic in my voice lol and code read the error. Doug refuses to give my vehicles back until he's satisfied the problems have been fixed. He's had many chances to take advantage and hose me chasing multiple problems and has come in with extremely reasonable prices. I've gone to him 4 or 5 times now over several years and it's just nice to have an honest experienced mechanic for me and my family vehicles. I would recommend him to my closest family and friends.
