“Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about booking an appointment after reading some of the reviews but was in the area so thought I’d go evaluate the shop and see for myself. She took me in as a walk in on a Sunday, shop was clean, set up similar to the other 10-15 shops I’ve had work in and she was polite. She drew up a sketch of the design ideas I gave her and we went from there. Overall in the shop for 7-8 hours, unannounced with a heavily detailed custom design piece, she only took one break and was a smooth experience with reasonable rates. Piece turned out awesome, lines were good and lots of little details seen clearly. I’m working in the area for a few weeks so will definitely be back to take advantage.
