I have gone to Pivotal for both physiotherapy and massage for at least five years and I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are lovely as well as the physical and massage therapists!
Easy to talk to and they try their best to work with clientele. All the staff are wonderful to deal with and will make you smile when u are down and they listen to you and work with you.
I met with Kirstin for my first ever physiotherapist assessment of my knee. She was kind, thorough and descriptive - explained all about the knee joint and prescribed exercises to begin strengthening.. I am generally quite anxious when doing anything for the first time, so I was thankful she asked many questions to get a better understanding of what was going on with my knee.
