Fort Station Medical Centre

This place is a joke. I called 3 different times to find out why the doctor hasn't gotten to sign documents on my medical history and was told by the receptionist they would call me back and not once did they call me back. I explained I have no transportation to get to Fort Saskatchewan to see him and he is still refusing to sign about my medical history. It seems like anyone working doesn't actually care about the people and only about making money off of people coming in. I requested a virtual appointment and got denied. Helpful. I don't have a Doctor here. But I still get to go in for walk-ins very convenient. I don't have to go all the way to Edmonton. Anymore, staff is absolutely amazing and they're very fast here. I don't think I've waited more than 2 minutes. ♡

My experience was sadly disappointing. Dr. Adeboye Efunnuga showed zero empathy for my discomfort. Told me I should have gone to emergency without making any effort to ask about my pain. Seemed more interested in telling me that they are not taking on any new patients. I didn’t ask to become a patient at anytime. Emergency at the hospital was backed up for 7 hours, I thought I was doing what I could at the time. After a very short few minutes of wasting my time he gave me a prescription.
