Thank you Terry (Theresa) for your help in getting Motorcycle insurance. I felt it was a lost cause as I was trying to get Motorcycle Insurance with a Learner's permit in Calgary (!!) but with just a 20 minute call you helped get it all sorted out! When you have a loss and a subsequent insurance claim, this is really when you find out how good your insurance broker is or has been to, or for you. In a recent claim for a pivot sprinkler blown over by the Dec 1, 2021 windstorm every part of the claim process with Intact went flawlessly! Claim settled to my ultimate satisfaction, I could not ask for anything more. Thank you Fort Macleod Agencies and thank you Petula!

The registries staff are very friendly and experienced. I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. The insurance brokerage staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is top shelf for sure.I actually look forward to dealing with FMA when I need to renew. Recommend. ????????
