I called wanting a check up done on my 84 year old, grandmothers furnace before winter. They sent out 2 professionals who walked my grandmother and I through their check list and made us feel so confident about their knowledge and advice. The furnace came back with a clean bill of health, which just added to my thoughts on the company, as it would have been very easy to sell us on a new furnace given it was 20 plus years old. This was a great experience from beginning to end and I will be calling them again when needed.
