I wasn't expecting such a fast reply and turnaround, but Zoom replied to my Friday email (after closing hours) on the weekend and got me in first thing Monday. Darcy was really nice and gave me a summary of what was wrong/costs within a couple of hours. He was also good at explaining things as well. At pickup, Tony was very good about explaining what I should be on the lookout for, and what I could do. They are extremely honest, and I really appreciate their efforts. The service at Zoom auto is exceptional. I have always been treated professionally, and the mechanics will text you with a quote and repairs, and be responsive when you have questions about the services being provided.

As a first time customer I was very impressed with the level of service. They were able to conduct an out of province inspection and related repair in very short order at reasonable cost, and gave helpful advise regarding the process.
