A pet peeve is when companies ask you to complete long quote for service forms on their website and then never reply! Don’t waste your time. For the company I would recommend you remove this if you are not monitoring or replying.
MY neighbor pays for the service. All in all, it looks fine, but then they do stuff like this. It is ONE PASS WITH A LAWN MOWER. Instead of making the job complete and looking professional, they will leave small things like this. I contacted them a few years ago about this and the gentleman I dealt with was kind and understanding, and took care of it. Last year I dealt with a woman named Cynthia, who was very rude and didn't seem to care about what was happening. She told me that it is based on property lines, GPS.. etc. I even emailed saying I would gladly pay them whatever it would cost for them to do that small strip, instead they decided to be difficult. tl;dr, the company is fine if you want an incomplete, unprofessional looking job, with poor customer service.
