Rectified misunderstanding/billing issue incurred solely due to third party involvement, and third party neglect which was out of anyone's control. Despite it not being their doing, the situation was rectified beyond my satisfaction. Incredibly helpful, understanding, patient, and attentive staff all around. Followed-up with me after investigating further. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Western Moving & Storage is excellent and very stress-free. All items were packed + labelled PROPERLY, caringly, and with regard for the client. If you are worried about your move, I would contact these people and forget about it. Recommended 5/5.
Just had 3 crew members move me from spruce grove to Edmonton. They were fast, efficient and overall just amazing. I am BEYOND impressed. Highly recommend!! I had 2 Chris’, and a Jonas and if I ever need to move again those are the guys I would want! 10/10!!!!!!
Hands down the best moving company I did business with. I relocated from West to East. The movers teams are professional, respectful, and desmonstrate an excellent customer service. I definitely recommend their services.
