I had a deadbolt that suddenly stopped working and I took into Western Lock and Key. They quickly repaired the lock and did not charge a fee!
Later on I had to replace the deadbolt because it was just worn out. Once again the owner helped me reset the new deadbolt to match the other lock sets. (When I say “helped me” I mean he did it and I watched). Again no charge!

What a fantastic guy! Locked our bathroom door and phoned one locksmith who quoted $165. Could not afford the amount and phoned this guy. What an absolute angel who gave telephonic instructions and we were able to unlock over a phone call. We need more people like him. Kudos.

They helped my to replace the mail box key. And this time they worked perfectly just like the original ones.They are efficient, helpful and very respectful. I would like to recommend every to cut keys here.Support our local business whenever we can please. Thanks for reading.
