Vietnamese guy who did my hair was pretty friendly. He was very good too, he got the cut that I've wanted. Other places couldn't get the cut that I want, but this guy just knew what I was exactly talking about. The place looks okay, not the newest I'd say but good. Price was reasonable as well!
