I brought my 2017 Escape in for a recall service yesterday, Darrell was the one helping me. Overall, it was a great experience (as great as getting work done on your vehicle can be).Darrell was attentive, able to answer all my questions, and very clear in explaining the additional recommended work for my car, without ever making me feel like I was just being pressured to make additional sales. I was also provided a report of a sort of basic inspection, so I could see what was recommended, why, and their quote if I decide to bring it back for that work.The complimentary Uber service to my work after dropping off my vehicle and back to the dealership also made it very convenient... read full review
