I would highly recommend Waterworks Renovation. They did such a beautiful job putting in a walk-in shower for my mother’s bathroom that I wanted one for myself ! Everyone I dealt with at Waterworks was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Tanis suggested a combination shampoo holder/ grab bar, folding shower seat and sliding door among other things to make mom’s shower safer. Warren helped us pick out products and colours that made both our bathrooms look home fashion magazine ready. We had our ensuite renovated earlier this year and are very pleased with the result. Workmanship is very good at a reasonable price. When a couple of minor warranty issues arose they were addressed quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Water Works to family and friends.

We had a walk in shower renovation in our condo to replace an existing shower enclosure. Very professional to deal with from the start. Helped with ideas and options to match our expectations and provided us with detailed price quote to review. The work was structured to meet a tight timeline due to travel plans we had. This involved the contractor working on the weekend to make that happen. They explained everything going on whenever I had a question and made adjustments on the fly as we made minor changes after the fact . The company and its staff were excellent to work with. We had 2 minor issues a few months after installation because of a defective manufacturer... read full review
