“Mighty Clean Ducts Ltd came by and cleaned our mobile home vent/ducts in early Nov/23.The guys did a fantastic job! Thank You!When they were done the ducts, they cleaned our dryer vent. As you can see from the photos there was a lot of lint in there, like way too much, to the point it was a fire hazard. I appreciate the fair price they charged that included the dryer vent cleaning. Thank you again!Their only down-fall was how they claimed to sanitize the ducts after they simply sprayed some sanitizing liquid on the furnace filter which really doesn't do a whole lot. I would strongly suggest to avoid saying that to future customers.To properly sanitize the ducts, their technician should have sprayed the inside of our air ducts with an antimicrobial cleaning solution that kills bacteria and mold which can be harmful to humans, especially ones with respiratory issues like asthma, emphysema or COPD. There are several disinfectant solutions that can kill bacteria and mold. Note: It may not be necessary in all homes to sanitize after they clean the ductsI would recommend Mighty Clean Ducts Ltd and will call them back when we're ready for another cleaning.“

“I didn’t know that Action Furnace also serviced hot water tanks, but I wanted to schedule a maintenance check for my furnace anyway, so I checked their website. I made all of the arrangements through their chat line, and they were there to check my hot water heater the next day! Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable and patient as he an answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I also booked my furnace maintenance for next week and they just informed me that they also do duct cleaning (which was also on my to-do list) so that’s getting done the same day! They’ve been quick to respond to my requests and offer grouped services which will save me time! REAL customer service! I feel like I matter to this company! I’ve worked in a customer service industry my entire life, and I have very high standards, so when I’m impressed with service, it’s worth telling others about!“
