I felt the exercises and treatments did help me.My therapist was occasionally running a little late in his appointments, but Joanne at the front desk is awesome, and would always make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and puts you at ease right away.
I had physiotherapy with Flavia for almost a month. She was very informative and made sure that I got the recovery I needed for my knees. I received exercises to do at home. She was very gentle and was very encouraging until I was finished with my treatment! I definitely would recommend her to anyone that would need help! Always felt welcomed when I arrived and left!
I’m very pleased with the care I received at Vertex Physio. Dawn Payne treated me for car related injuries. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely trying to help. Her IMS treatment and teaching techniques helped a lot with my recovery. Joanne at the front desk is great, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dawn and the clinic.
