Genuinely the inside and outside sales team here at United are the best.They always try to help get me out of a jam, or help me out with trying to get the latest greatest tool. They're responsive courteous and professional.If you need what they offer, stop in and see these guys.

My shop has recently gotten into machining and after 3 different visits to this place i can say that this is by far my favourite place to get tooling and do business. They know there stuff and if they don't know they will do there best to get it figured out. (Have yet to go home with the wrong part). They have lots of experience and especially if you are not a machinist by trade familiar with all the terminology, as long as you provide the basic information everyone will get it figured out be it describing the activity to be machined or the required tool for the job.

I've had consistently good service here. They are honest with you when their familiarity lacks. Some items ha e the best prices here, but not all the time. This is my personal favourite machining supply business in Edmo ton.
