I don’t usually leave reviews, but I enjoyed this place so much that I just had to share! During my trip to Canada, I visited Synergy Sauna & SPA, and it turned out to be an amazing spot. Their saunas are fantastic! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering a complimentary tea selection and thoroughly explaining the treatments. The massage and facial care were outstanding — pure relaxation! Love this place. The sauna's are a great spot for a date night, we've done it a couple times. I also brought a group of 4 friends for a ladies night and it was great. Try it!

I Love Nadezhda. I’ve seen her for a few years. She’s incredibly smart, beautiful, a true professional and so generous. What more could you ask for?? I HIGHLY recommend, her work is amazing! Thank-you for making me look and feel like my younger self!
