“The care I received at Stride was excellent, my physio therapist took the time to get to know me in order to learn what I needed and how best to treat my injury. The slow and steady approach worked really well, although it lengthened my treatment time it also ensured that I continually progressed and didn’t over stress the muscle. My therapist was awesome to work with he payed attention to what my muscles were saying and adjusting our sessions accordingly, he also gave me a push when I needed it as well.
