I don’t usually leave reviews, but I enjoyed this place so much that I just had to share! During my trip to Canada, I visited Synergy Sauna & SPA, and it turned out to be an amazing spot. Their saunas are fantastic! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering a complimentary tea selection and thoroughly explaining the treatments. The massage and facial care were outstanding — pure relaxation! A special thank you to Lyudmila for her professionalism and warmth, she’s truly a magician. Everything is clean and cozy, and you can see how much heart they put into their work. Huge thanks to the entire team! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.

The ladies are professional, kind and accommodating.It was my first time trying a treatment, I was a little apprehensive to say the least. However, the ladies assured me by actively listening to my concerns. “Jerrett is absolutely amazing! I have very high standards when it comes to therapy and clinics, and I have had some bad experiences at other places, but I am completely blown away by TMC! Not only has the service has been exceptional, but the treatment is beyond effective. Let me explain... first, Jerrett is very good at finding and dealing with the root of pain, and does so in a way that is, surprisingly, not all that painful! And second, in just one session, my very chronic back pain that no one else has yet been able to properly address, was almost gone and stayed almost gone for nearly a week! Second time purchasing the face oil ! Clean ingredients, smells amazing and looks great on the skin. The carbon Hollywood facial is my absolute favorite. Sandra is so good.
