Sim is very professional at work yet very friendly behaviour while giving service. She was kind to offer other accommodations as well. excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and gives honest advice. I love my lashes. family and friends are quite surprised how neatly they were done. ♥️ can’t wait to get refill done again. Highly recommended!!
