I dropped off my BMW X5 for repair in June 2024 after it was involved in a collision. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at this location. The customer service is fantastic, especially Lisa Hargreaves, the Repair Planner who handled my case. She has a great personality, provides excellent customer service, and is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects too. She made the repair process smooth and communication easy. I definitely recommend this location for repairs and damage fixes!
