Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Joe the project manager kept me informed of progress, and any unexpected issues were addressed promptly and transparently. I appreciated the attention to detail and the commitment to customer satisfaction. Our roof looks great!
Joe and his team were awesome! Very professional, with attention to every detail. Taking off a cedar roof is very messy but besides a great-looking roof when the asphalt shingle replacement was complete, there wasn't a shred of evidence left behind of the former cedar- clean up was excellent! I can heartily recommend Sargeant's Roofing & Exteriors. Ltd.
