We had a great experience this past weekend, taking our 14 year old for a septum piercing. The booking process over the phone was simple and efficient. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely be happy to be working there. We filled out some paperwork and then waited for our turn! I didn't go into the room with her, but my partner did and he said that Michelle was really great. She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. The jewelry was all good quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. The septum piercing, jewelry and aftercare solution came in under $150.00. I will absolutely head to Red Loon for future piercings!
I got my eyebrow pierced today by Cody. I am usually very anxious & fidgety during tattoos & piercings but Cody made me feel very comfortable and taken care of! I’ve had my eyebrow pierced once before (by a different shop, in a different city) and Cody was so kind, explanatory, and the Red Loon shop is very clean and friendly. I will definitely make the trip to this shop again! Highly recommend!
We came to Red Loon after being recommended from a different shop that didn't have walk in time available. My mom, sister, and I all came in to get different piercings. I originally wanted my navel done, but was informed I didn't have the correct anatomy which was sad, but understandable. Our piercer was Matty and they recommended I go with a conch instead which had been another piercing I had been debating in the past so that is what I went with instead.
