Just received a lava shell massage from Ms Jerianne , it was amazing! This is my first heated massage therapy , and I feel I can never go back to a regular massage anymore. She first uses two heated shells over your muscles to warm them up, then she massages your knots after. Those HOT shells definitely penetrates deeper and the massage after feels amazing. She will adjust the heat of shells for you if it gets uncomfortable. If you like to sit in a hot tub to relax those achy muscles, then this is definitely worth a try!

All staff is very friendly, Mike is awesome to deal with for your chiropractic needs and is very informative, always trying to solve the root cause. Online booking system is trouble free. I highly recommend if you're in the Edmonton area.

I went down the rabbit hole here a couple years ago with acupuncture. Now I frequent this place and refer everyone who stands still long enough! The office staff are extremely friendly and genuine, especially Korrall. Patricia is very invested and caring, Cindy takes the time to really hear you and understand your health concerns, Mike is a wealth of knowledge and is motivated to help you feel your best and Vanessa really understands your body and how to target certain areas you are having trouble with. All around this is your go to place for wellness superheroes!
