Alina is a fantastic, I suffer from chronic migraines and she helps improve everything! She always fits me in when I need it the most to help manage my pain, even if it is very last minute. She truly cares about her patients and is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Alina is a very experienced RMT with many modalities at her disposal. She has an incredible intuition and understanding of the body and has consistently helped all parts of my body when there is an issue. She takes the time and care to hear about my life and other practitioners (e.g. acupuncture, chiro, etc), and then weaves her skills into the greater picture keeping my health and wellness at the centre. I leave every appointment with a sense of grounding, rejuvenation, and a body that just seems to work better for me. Once I met Alina, I never looked back. Every session I feel so much better and I make sure to book my next session before leaving. Alina not only knows healing, but she is also willing to share her knowledge because she truly wants to help her clients feel better. I always learn something new after every session. I trust Alina completely and have begun taking my teenage children to see her as well. Even though she is a 30-35 minute drive for us, she is worth it and our family won't see anyone else.
