On Friday, Aug 23rd my husband had stated that the furnace guys will be coming today at 12pm, for some reason I had met Carter & Hunter at 825am. I had planned on doing a deep clean on my kitchen before the guy showed up, and they showed up early. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to clean today. Anyways apart from the time incident. Carter & Hunter are professional, efficient, and prompt. They have exemplary customer service skills, courteous, and humorous. I found that the men’s shoes were missing, they had mentioned to me that they put it outside, I thought that was super funny and considerate of them doing so. I highly recommend this company. Sergio did an excellent job. He worked quickly & efficiently. He was very knowledgeable & explained what he was going to do before he started the job. I was pleased with his work. The office staff was also very helpful,
I had a list of things that needed to be done in my apartment style condo (fan coil & AC servicing/cleaning as well as multiple plumbing issues). Dylan came for the fan coil & A/C servicing. The recommendation was made to have a mechanical company service my unit. As our building has had multiple issues around our heating/cooling systems and pipe work, I GREATLY, appreciate the honesty and recommendation.
