Our family has been servicing our vehicles with Jim for 10+ years. I have previously gone to the dealership and felt that they were doing work unnecessarily and were extremely expensive. Have never felt this way at Powerhouse - Jim is honest and reasonably priced. He has gone above and beyond for us a number of times, and we are so appreciative of his help. Jim stayed after hours today during his really busy schedule to have a look at my Audi that’s been having some mechanical problems. Really appreciated his diagnostics service and providing me a fair quotation to get my vehicle fixed properly. Highly recommend Jim.
