The service technician came & installed the humidifier, & condo pump. Great experience with him again ! Talked to us about different hot water tanks (as we will need to replace ours soon) looking forward to seeing him again in the near future when we get our hot water tank replaced! The sales rep who came to the house (Penny) really made this not very great. When Penny was at our house doing a walk-through to see what type of furnace we need. She sold us on a humidifier and an alternative to having a CV pipe on the ground into a drain. I assumed that was in the quote that we were given, and that would be happening day of. That wasn’t the case… that lack of communication between her & the service technician was very disappointing…
We definitely would’ve corrected this mistake, if we would’ve known. But we assumed in the quote that she gave us, everything that we discussed when she came to our house was in that quote. She also reassured us that the combustion would be relocated. That didn’t happen either. Very disappointing experience…“
