Edit: Fun and professional. I arrived 10 minutes beforehand and was brought into Scottie's room. Scottie is a very pleasant and funny dude. My appointment was scheduled for two hours and it flew by as we visited. The tattoo looks amazing and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.“

“Jessie pierced the ears of all three of my girls- a gift when they turned 10. The shop and piercing stations were meticulously cleaned. She explained the procedure, and made sure the girls knew what was going to happen each step of the way. She has an excellent way with kids - reducing anxiety and making the experience positive. Each girl left the shop knowing how to clean and take care of her piercings. Jessie's advice for jewelery selection was perfect. The earrings did not bother the girls at all. I would definately recommend Jessie to anyone who was looking to have their children's ears pierced.

Went into the shop as a walk in to get matching sister tattoos. Front desk staff were very nice and Joel took our idea of a birth flower combination tattoo and made a beautiful design. The process and full experience was amazing and Joel was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and we'll absolutely come back.“

“We had a great experience this past weekend, taking our 14 year old for a septum piercing. The booking process over the phone was simple and efficient. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean and very welcoming. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely be happy to be working there. We filled out some paperwork and then waited for our turn! I didn't go into the room with her, but my partner did and he said that Michelle was really great. She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. The jewelry was all good quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. The septum piercing, jewelry and aftercare solution came in under $150.00. I will absolutely head to Red Loon for future piercings!“

Mine was done on my foot….Andrii took the time to explain the difficulties with foot tattoos, he did suggest a different placement but I was set on my foot. Rates are expensive but they are in line with everywhere else, so I mean it's normal but tattoos are expensive!! For the most part staff is friendly, I would get another one here. “My sister and I came here about 2 weeks ago for the buy one get one piercing deal. Immediately upon entering the shop you could smell how clean it was. We went into a private, closed off area for our piercings. Mike was our piercer. He was super friendly, funny, and has many years of experience. Im pretty sure he could tell how nervous we both were. He joked around and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our piercings were fast, pretty much painless, and so far neither of us have had any issues or complaints. He used internally threaded jewelry which is a big green flag in my opinion. Overall we are both very happy with our services“
