The staff members were courteous and compassionate, handling animals with the utmost compassion. During the capture of a finch, the lady took a considerable amount of time to avoid harming the frantic bird. This was entirely different from my previous experience. An emblem of true regard for life and the welfare of the small being.

The Grooming department at this location are FANTASTIC! Warm, friendly, and always give good advice and updates on my dog’s behaviour after his groom. I highly recommend all Petsmart grooming locations, but particularly this one!
