We stopped in today on our way to adopt a rescue cat because we needed supplies first. Savannah was such a help picking out the best options for our new friend.
On top of being super friendly and a delight to deal with, she had extensive knowledge on all of the products from food to litter.
She made sure we got an informational pamphlet with coupons as well that saved us almost thirty dollars during our first visit.
Both Savannah and Viktoria went above and beyond during our visit and even though it's across town from our place I think we'll keep making the trip North because of the staff.
Showed up right at closing time hoping to use the dog wash. Checked another stores closing time, and didn't realize they weren't all the same. Was still let in, and assured it was fine. Pretty uncommon these days to see that kind of service especially since the guy had to stay later to clean up.

Love love love!! Everyone is so nice and sweet! They greet my doggo everytime we come in for his baths! We usually do a double shampoo with a blow out and brush plus a perfume spray!!! ☺️ Love it !! 5th time was free so that is also amazing but super easy !!
