These ladies’ patience, compassion and understanding has been a huge help in getting him cleaned up and trimmed. “Skye had a wonderful day at the Posh Paw Pet Spa! After being declined service at PetSmart saying she was too anxious to even clip nails, I was nervous to even try anyone else.She had never been to the groomer before and needed a full wash, de-shed and trim.I had seen Logan recommended many times in various Facebook groups so I decided to give her a try and she did not disappoint.She said Skye was a bit nervous and hissy in the beginning but by the end she was loving the attention.We will definitely be returning again!Thanks so much!“

“I'm been coming to this location for the last 4 years, either to wash my dog or get his food. The staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable.

A couple of nice perks they have is after a certain number of food purchases. The 10th bag is free depending on brand as well as after I think the 10th dog wash, the next is free. I only give it 4 stars just because the price does keep increasing for the wash. Other than that, it's been great“

"I brought my Labrador Retriever to Puppy Love 6 weeks ago because his nails needed to be trimmed. There was a lovely girl working there, but unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I believe the setup of the facility was well thought out.

The grooming technician was professional and was able to handle my 95-pound dog as well as a few smaller dogs in the facility. The technician trimmed my dog's nails, and when I was ready to pay, she said there would be no charge. She mentioned that she only needed to do a couple of his nails and was grateful for the service. I will definitely be returning."“

“Our dog Mattie came to Jenny with her coat in bad shape. Mattie was attacked by two loose roaming dogs in March 2023. Her wounds were so severe that she needed to be shaved down from her shoulders to almost the tip of her bushy tail. After surgery, she was very traumatized and would not allow us to brush her. She is an Australian Shepherd and her undercoat grew faster so she had a very matted coat. Jenny patiently spent her time with Mattie earning her trust. She saved the two buckets of fur that she took off our poor pup. We could have made a whole complete dog from the excess fur. This week we have set four consecutive days of heat records so my pup is very grateful for having the relief from so much fur. Jenny gave me tips on how to gently maintain the brushing and try to keep the shedding down. As we were leaving, Jenny said to us, “Now that we are friends, the next grooming will not take so long.” My husband thought she was talking about us, but I feel that she was talking to my dog. My dog looks like a show dog from the American Kennel Club now! I was very impressed by her work. Jenny was very professional and she took her time to talk to us to carefully explain that she is only able to go the speed of the dog. She didn’t want to give my pup a further trauma. I absolutely love this woman because she took such good care of Mattie. She did such a beautiful job on removing the mats and in cleaning her paws and trimming her nails. I showed pictures to my family and they couldn’t believe the transformation. Thank you Jenny! Even if you were talking to my dog, you will have me as a friend for life.“

“Awesome owners and a good facility. It is cage-free and allows the dogs to free roam. Ultimately it wasn't a fit for our fur baby and they didn't have the capacity to work with my dog individually at the time. Would still recommend to those looking for daycare and overnight stays!“

“The store was clean and the staff was friendly. They have a huge selection of kong merchandise which I was happy about because we have a French bulldog.

Their dog food selection was large and lots to chose from. Not all of their selection is in large bags.“
